Vacancy

You will be part of the shared service center IT management team and report to the director shared service center IT. The management team consists of Cyber & Security, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Change, IT operations and Data & BI, with these you will work directly together to achieve business goals. As Manager Application Services, you will be responsible for the quality of the information landscape and practices within Lely’s Shared Services Center IT (SSCIT). You will lead a team of Team Leads whose competencies cover the following areas: Solution Architecture, Application development and management, Testing and development and management of integrations. In total, the team consists of about 45 colleagues. Together with your team, you translate the corporate vision and strategy into a conceptual design of the information landscape. In doing so, you work within the frameworks of Enterprise Architecture and Security Architecture, and you are responsible for setting up and monitoring processes such as DevOps and application management.

Your responsibilities

  • Development SSC IT: As MT member contribute to the implementation of Lely’s strategy and co-determine the IT strategy and roadmap.
  • Management and Organization: Lead and coach the team to achieve goals, output and budget. You will monitor cooperation within the department and ensure a clear communication and consultation structure.
  • Information Landscape: Responsible for making and keeping the information landscape manageable.
  • Consulting and Initiatives: Advise management teams on initiatives and assess the impact on the information landscape.
  • Product Services Catalog: Co-responsible for the creation and maintenance of a product services catalog.
  • Supplier Management: optimize relationships with suppliers for reliable service delivery and proactively adjust.
  • Responsible for establishing and achieving the departmental and IT Budget.
  • Process Design and Improvement: Provide ongoing advice and support to business areas such as Finance, Integrated Supply Chain and Sales & Service processes.
